Captain Carl Welte brings over 30 years of maritime experience as a USCG-licensed yacht and charter captain, operating motor and sailing vessels up to 200 gross tons across the Caribbean, Bahamas, Florida Keys, Alaska, and the Mediterranean.

He has captained luxury catamarans, motor yachts, and private vessels worldwide, known for his calm command, technical expertise, and commitment to guest comfort and safety.

Carl holds advanced certifications including STCW, Radar Observer Unlimited, First Aid/CPR, and is completing his 500-ton upgrade. He’s equally at home leading family charters, long-range deliveries, or corporate outings, always ensuring a flawless, stress-free experience from dock to destination.
